We send items with DHL, both domestically and internationally. Orders are shipped within three business days after the order has been placed. If the payment is made via invoice, we will ship once full payment has been received. Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 2–5 business days.

For international orders, delivery time varies by destination and object size, but customers should expect up to two weeks from the next shipping day. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays such as Christmas.

We provide a tracking number and all available shipment details for every order. You are always welcome to contact us regarding delivery status. We strive to make sure you feel comfortable and informed while your order is on its way. We take full responsibility for ensuring that the objects are in their described condition when they reach you. This responsibility remains until the item is collected by the buyer or delivered by the shipping company. If any item has been damaged during transport, please inform the shipping company immediately and notify us as soon as possible.

We deliver free of charge within the Oslo area.

For longer distances, large objects are sent through major shipping firms. Prices vary depending on size and destination, and we always provide the best possible shipping quote.
Orders are finalized once the customer accepts the shipping quote.

If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside the company’s control — such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events that qualify as Force Majeure — we cannot be held responsible for resulting consequences.

Most of our pieces are vintage, unless otherwise specified as hybrids, meaning a component may have been replaced, modified, or rewired to meet current voltage standards or bulb sizes. Our made-to-order lamps are entirely new and come with a full warranty.

Vintage items often carry subtle signs of age, such as patina, small scratches, or minor variations in finish. We will always do our best to describe and photograph these details clearly. Please note that color tones and materials may vary slightly depending on lighting or screen settings, and all dimensions are approximate.
